Rebar anchor is a kind of reinforcement support method used in surface engineering such as coal mine, slope, deep foundation pit of rock and soil and underground chamber construction such as tunnel and stope.

Product Description

Rebar anchor is a kind of reinforcement support method used in surface engineering such as coal mine, slope, deep foundation pit of rock and soil and underground chamber construction such as tunnel and stope. Use of the polymer and metal parts, wood or other material, pole into the surface of the rock mass or cavern surrounding rock mass in the drilled holes in advance, to use its head, the special structure of the rod body and tail plate blend and stability of rock mass surrounding rock and suspension effect, effect of composite beams, reinforcement effect, in order to achieve the purpose of supporting.

Threaded steel rock bolt from Jiufu is installed to the design length to secure any loose rock mass and prevent shear displacement after excavation. Conventional rock bolts made from deformed steel bars are sharpened at the edges for easy insertion into drilled holes and threaded at the ends for tightening with nuts and dome plates for anchoring. Fully threaded bars have higher strength but no pull-out load loss in the threaded section, making them the first choice for on-site bolting applications. Also, it is cost-effective without additional processing.

Threaded steel rock bolt for roof bolts

The main function of the bolt is to anchor the roof, to bond the layered or broken rock layers together and prevent the roof from falling off. Basic theory of roof anchoring:

  • Simple skin support;

  • Suspend a thin roof layer from the huge bed;

  • Laminated beams;

  • Keying of highly fractured and massive rock masses.

Threaded steel rock bolt applications:

  • Coal mining

  • Hard rock mining

  • SF

  • General building

  • Geotechnical Engineering and Shorelines

  • Bridge

  • Dam

  • Infrastructure

  • Tunnel
